1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Rakiz Agent ("Rakiz") platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

Rakiz is an Omani SaaS platform that lets businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business account so an AI assistant can respond to customer inquiries based on a knowledge base the business owner provides, with the ability to follow conversations and hand them off to a human team when needed.

3. Business owner responsibility

The business owner is fully responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of the content added to the knowledge base and the replies the assistant relies on.
• Compliance of their use of the WhatsApp Business account with WhatsApp/Meta's policies (WhatsApp Business Policy), including obtaining customer consent to be contacted where required.
• Using the service for legitimate business purposes, and not to send content that violates applicable law or is unwanted by customers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service for any account that breaches these obligations or WhatsApp's policies.

4. Subscription and trial

The service is typically offered with a limited trial period, whose length and end date are shown in the dashboard. After the trial ends, the AI assistant continues operating only for accounts with an active subscription. Activation and renewal currently happen by contacting us directly, and the assistant's automatic replies may be suspended if the subscription lapses without renewal.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Rakiz platform (software, design, and brand) belong to us. Ownership of the knowledge base content and customer data belonging to the business owner remains with the business owner.

6. Limitation of liability

We work to keep the AI assistant's replies accurate, but we do not guarantee they are entirely error-free. The business owner uses the service at their own risk, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on the assistant's replies, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

The business owner may stop using the service at any time. We may also suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms or WhatsApp's policies, notifying the business owner where possible.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of the Sultanate of Oman have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
